Wipro will provide appropriately qualified personnel for application development services for the assigned projects and work efforts. DMS has been introduced to JTC officers for the functions and features to capture, create, store and manage both electronic and hardcopy documents and records as defined by the JTC’s Document and Records Management Guidelines. The Users are currently using Outlook plugin for EDMS to convert Microsoft Outlook mail bodies to PNG format. Then they import those PNG files to EDMS by using the EDMS web application) from local system. In order to simplify the process of email filing, an email filing solution for MS Outlook will be developed to provide users a simple way to file emails to DMS.

Inquira application implementation and integration with documentum content server. This has been a prudent initiative Lexmark to host their Enterprise wide content into the Inquira knowledge management portal named Information Manager. The initiative in this assignment was to bring in all customer content (primarily hardware driver files) from scattered databases into Documentum and then get crawled and indexed into Inquira Information manager repository serving as a master storage point of all content. This component serves content intelligently to the Lexmark Global support site to both external clients and internal Lexmark employees facilitating greater customer insight and satisfaction and reduced volume of inquiry to the Lexmark support desk.

NIC has decided to undergo BPR where they wanted to automate their entire organization processes from Core Insurance, HRMS and CRM perspective. They also envisaged to store and manage their enterprise level contents using Documentum, the leading content management product in industry. Documentum system needs to provide interface for storing documents generated from or submitted to other core systems like eBao, HRMS, CRM. It also needs to provide the interface to manage documents and provide suitable interface to view the documents as and when required from different systems. As an enterprise solution Documentum also need to provide proper interface to manage the access control to Documentum through centralized user authentication mechanism. In this aspect Documentum need to integrate with Oracle Identity manager.

The project is based on providing Documentum support for their Content Management System, a complex workflow based web application which uses Documentum 5.3 and Web Publisher along with FAST ESP for publishing multimedia content to a web portal. OPTUS ZOO Application is a web portal application for MCDS service of OPTUS. The application utilizes the FAST Enterprise Search Platform for indexing the content and searching them when necessary. The project work involved managing normal and multimedia contents in Documentum system by different workflows and searching the requested contents from different website by FAST Enterprise Search finally stored it at Documentum Repository. The portal would be used by Client as a content management system to create, manage and publish content on the portal. The interfaces of the projects are easily adaptable and would be easy to use.
